The Highlands Career Institute offers a wide range of vocational programs through our partnership with South Florida State College. Students will have the opportunity to participate in college courses for half of their school day with other college and adult students. Students are expected to display a level of maturity related to attendance and behavior that is in line with the expectations of South Florida State College and the Highlands County School District.
